Adding Refactoring to the plugin

1. Add FooRefactoring extends Refactoring and a wizard, input page
	to package org.jastadd.plugin.jastaddj.refactor.foo
which should hold the properties with default values
and a code for doing the refactoring + generating the changes

2. Add FooRefactoringHandler to package org.jastadd.plugin.jastaddj.editor.actions

3. Add RefactoringInfo object to array org.jastadd.plugin.jastaddj.refactor.Refactorings.refactorings
