I knew you were gonna look here!
All commands can be called in three ways:
1. From the main window using ~ char, this way:
~help
2. From the main window calling by calling my name:
SableBOT: help
3. From /query or private msg:
help
/msg SableBOT help

To list the topics that I know of use the "topics" keyword.
