TransformEdit.

FIXME - When we do group moves or moves of a composite figure we fail to coallesce the TransformEdit events. This may exhaust memory!

XXX - This edit should use getTransformRestoreData, restoreTransformTo.

FIXME - Maybe TransformEdit should be replaced by GeometryEdit?
